A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT NECESSARY
TO BE RAISED AS FLAT RATE
TAXATION ON THE TAX ROLLS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Poway Reorganization provided
for the City Council to determine each year the amount of money needed to
pay the principle acts of the dissolved Orchard Water District; Pomerado
County Water District and Poway Municipal Water Districts; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has determined various fees to be levied
as part of the tax roll and provide the information to the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of Poway does hereby resolve, order
and determine the following:
Section 1: That the sum of $3,681.60 is due the sewer improvement
district representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Del Norte
Improvement District 73-1. That said sum shall be collected as a Flat
Charge Special Assessment on the 1982-1983 County Tax Roll pursuant to the
instructions and agreements between Pomerado County Water District and the
County of San Diego.
Section 2: That the sum of $288.70 is due the sewer improvement
district representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Kozy
Crest Improvement District 80-2. That said sum shall be collected as a
Flat Charge Special Assessment on the 1982-1983 County Tax Roll pursuant to
the instructions and agreements between Pomerado County Water District and
the County of San Diego.
Section 3. That the sum of $3,255.40 is due the sewer improvement
district representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Green
Valley Improvement District 80-1. That said sum shall be collected as a
Flat Charge Special Assessment on the 1982-1983 County Tax Roll pursuant to
the instructions and agreements between Pomerado County Water District and
the County of San Diego.
Section 4. That the sum of $364,098.08 is required to be raised by
taxation for the payment of principal and interest on Assessment District
No. 79-1, which covers the service area lying generally south of Poway
Road and North of Garden Road and up to 1,000 feet in elevation. This area
was formerly included in the Poway Municipal Water District. This sum
shall be collected on the 1982-1983 County Tax Roll to provide for the
payment of interest and principal of said bonds at maturity.

Section 5: That the sum of $0.00 is requested for sewer service
fees. This fee no longer will be collected on the tax roll,rather
will be included on the water bill.
Section 6: The City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Diego and to the Auditor of the County of San Diego, San Diego,
California.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 27th day of July, 1982.
