A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING ALAN ARCHIBALD A~ ITS REPRE~RN~ATIV~
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 74
WHEREAS, Mary Shepardson, the Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and
appointed Alan Archibald to serve as the representative on the Board of
Directors of San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to consent to approve said designation
and appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. that the designation and appointment of Alan Archibald as repre-
sentative to the Board of Directors of San Diego County Water
Authority is hereby consented to and approved;
2. that Resolution No. 74 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 5th day of October, 1982.
