A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"NO STANDING OR PARKING" ZONE ON CAMIN0 DEL NORTE
FROM POMERADO ROAD TO WEST CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of a "No Standing or Parking" zone in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "No Standing or
Parking" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
22507 the following "No Standing or Parking" zone is hereby established:
Each side of the traveled way of Camino Del Norte from the
westerly curb prolongation of Pomerado Road westerly, to the
west city limits of the City of Poway (Exhibit A).
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 5th day of October, 1982.
