A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A "NO STANDING OR PAP~KING ZONE ON
NINTH STREET FROM POMERADO ROAD TO THE FIRST DRIVEWAY AND ON THE
WEST SIDE OF POMERADO ROAD FOR 40 FEET NORTH OF THE CROSSWALK
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits
the establishment of a "No Standing or Parking" zone in the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that certain "No Standing
or Parking" zones should be established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said
Section 22507, the following "No Standing or Parking" zones are
hereby established:
The south side of Ninth Street from the west curb
prolongation of Pomerado Road west to the first
driveway and on the west side of Pomerado Road
from the north curb prolongation of Ninth Street.
to 40 feet north of the crosswalk.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 5th day of October, 1982.
