A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"NO STANDING OR STOPPING" ZONE ON ESPOLA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits
the establishment of a "No Standing or Stopping"zone in the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "No Standing
or Parking" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED that in accordance with said
Section 22507 the following "No Standing or Sopping' zone is hereby
established:
The west side of Espola Road from the south drive approach
of Poway High School's circular driveway to 40 feet north
of said drive approach.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of November, 1982.
