A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"LOADING AND UNLOADING" ZONE ON ESPOLA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of a "~oading and Unloading" zone in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "Loading and
Unloading" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 22507
the following "Loading and Unloading" zone is hereby established:
The west side of Espola Road from 40 feet north of the
southerly drive approach, to the northerly drive approach.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of November, 1982.
