AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF SECTION 81.116
OF THE CITY OF POWAY REGULATORY ORDINANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 10 was adopted by this Council on February 10, 1981.
Section 2 of Ordinance 10 added Section 81.116 to the San Diego County Code, as
adopted by this council on December 1, 1980 and set an expiration date for
Section 81.116 at 4 months.
This Council finds that the four month period is insufficient to complete the
study of flood control measures and zoning regulations currently in process.
Section 2. This Council amends Section 81.116 (d) of the City Regulatory
Ordinances to read:
(d) notwithstanding any other provisions of this Code, this Section
shall expire and be of no further force and effect eight (8) months
from the adoption of this Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City council held the 2nd
day of June, 198] by the following vote:
