A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TAX DEEDED LANDS
WHEREAS, the Treasurer-Tax Collector of San Diego County has
notified the City of Poway that certain real property within the
City of Poway has been deeded to the State of California for the
non-payment of delinquent taxes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable for the City of Poway to purchase
this property for dedication as Poway Road right-of-way, and to
hold any remainder until such time as a property owner will need
it for access to their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
"Agreement to Purchase Tax Deeded Property" No. 6891 between the
City of Poway and the County of San Diego.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of December,
1982.
