A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
VACATING A STREET RESERVATION
(VACATION NO. 82-04)
WHEREAS, there has been requested the vacation of the hereinafter
described City street reservation, and
WHEREAS, on December 28, 1982, the City Council of the City of Poway
declared its intention to v~cate the said street reservation, and
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1983, a duly advertised and posted public
hearing was held, which was continued by the City Council to February 8,
1983, and
WHEREAS, no significant environmental effects were determined and a
Negative Declaration is hereby issued, and
WHEREAS, it appears to this Council that said hereinafter described
street reservation is not needed for present and/or prospective use as a
City street;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway as follows:
Pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the
State of California Streets and Highways Code, the
following described street reservation is hereby
vacated and abandoned:
That certain portion of Lot 87 of Green
Valley Estates Unit No. 8, as per map
thereof No. 3854, recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, California, shown on said map
as "Portion of Lot 87 Reserved for
Future Street".
Said street reservation crosses Assessor's
Parcel Numbers 275-120-05,06,07 & 08.
That an easement for public utility purposes in and to the
entire width and length of the above described street
reservation is hereby reserved from this vacation.

3. That this vacation shall not be deemed complete until this
resolution is recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of February, 1983.
