A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A "FOUR-WAY STOP" INTERSECTION AT
TOBIASSON ROAD AND SHALLMAN STREET
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits
the establishment of a "Four-Way Stop" intersection in the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "Four-Way
Stop" intersection zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said
Section 21351 and Section 22507, a "Four-Way Stop"
intersection at Tobiasson Road and Shallman Street is hereby
established.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of March,
1983.
