A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING AN EXTENSION OF THE
"NO STANDING OR PARKING" ZONE ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF OAK KNOLL ROAD, FROM 900 TO 1160 FEET EAST
OF POMERADO ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a "No Standing or Parking"
zone in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that certain
"No Standing or Parking" zones should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance
with said Section 22507, the following "No Standing or
Parking" zone is hereby established:
The south side of Oak Knoll Road from the
easterly end of the existing "No Standing
or Parking" zone 900 feet east of Pomerado
Road and extending easterly an additional
260 feet.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 5th
day of April, 1983.
