A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
RESPECTING AUTHORIZED OFFICERS DESIGNATED TO
E~]~CUTE PUBLIC S~CURITI~, INSTRUM~ OF
PAYM~X~T, AND INVES~PS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Poway California in conducting affairs of the City is
required to execute Public Securities, Instruments of Payment and Investments;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate authorized officers to execute said
documents on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City council does hereby find that authorized officers be
authorized to execute said document by affixing a manual of facsimile signature
in order that the affairs of the City may be properly _~dministered;
NOW, T~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PfXarAY, CALIFORNIA DOES
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOT,TZ]W~S:
1. That until such authority is revoked the following persons:
Linda Oravec Mayor
Marjorie K. Wahlsten City Clerk/City Treasurer
James L. Bowersox City Manager
John D. Fitch Director of Administrative Services
are authorized to sign and execute public securities, instruments of
payment, and investments by affixing a manual or facsimile signature on
behalf of the city.
2. That Resolution No. 240 is hereby rescinded.

california, at a regular meeting thereof this 12th day of April, 1983.
