Res 83-024I~SOLUTION NO. 83-024 A lqESOLUTION OF THE CITY flDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFOI~gIA, ESTABLISHING HAZA~DOUS W~STE PE~4IT ~ ~E~AS, on April 19, 1983, the City Gouncil a__~o_pted an ordinance for the control of hazardous wastes (Ordinance No. 95); and ~{E~AS, Section 2 of said ordinance added Section 68.907 to the Poway Municipal ~ode which section provides for a permit fee for the handling, storage, using, processing, disposal, and treating of such waste; and ~{EREAS, the submitted fee schedule will provide sufficient revenue to recover costs for enforcing the California State Hazardous Waste Gontrol Law. NOW, THEREFOr, BE IT RESOLVED by the City O~uncil of the City of Poway, that the following annual fees for Hazardous Waste Facility permits are hereby established: FACILITY fF~OYMflqT 1-19 R~ployees 20-100 Employc~ 101-500 Employees 500+ R~ployees HEALTH DEPARI~4fI%~ FEE. $ 75.00 116.00 150.00 178.00 IT IS FURI~ER RESOLVED that the above fee schedule shall become effective on the operative date of Ordinance No. 95.
