A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR STREET
PURPOSES FOR A 102 FOOT WIDE STREET - CAMIN0 DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, a condition of City approval of Tentative Parcel Map No.
TPM 81-07 was the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for street purposes
of a 102 foot wide strip of land for the future extension of Camino del
Norte, and
WHEREAS, such Irrevocable Offer of Dedication was made, and recorded
on June 7, 1982, as File/Page 82-172791 in official records, in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, and was duly noted on the final
parcel map of said TPM 81-07, which was recorded as Parcel Map No. 12206
on June 24, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the State of California Government Code Section 7050 provides
that an offer of dedication shall remain open and may be accepted by reso-
lution at any later date; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best public interest of the City of Poway that
said 102-foot wide strip be now accepted for public use for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve,
determine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby does accept for public use for
street purposes the following:
That Portion of Section 12, Township 14 South, Range 2
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the City of
Poway in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey approved
September 11, 1879, further described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of that real property
deeded to James D. Kunzman per deed recorded October 28,
1980 per File No. 80-359514, Official Records of the
County Recorder of the County of San Diego. Thence
southerly along the westerly line of said real property
South 00° 06' 36" East a distance of 39.88 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING on the westerly right-of-way
line of Road Survey 1587-65, said point being on a
curve concave southeasterly of radius 1851.00 feet.
A radial to said point bears North 51° 48' 51" West.
Thence northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 01° 33' 55" a distance of 50.57 feet to a
point on the north line of said real property. A

radial to said point bears North 50° 14' 56" West.
Thence easterly along said north line of said real
property South 88° 58' 46" East a distance of 133.30
feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of
Road Survey 1587-65, said point being on a curve
concave southeasterly of radius 1749.00 feet. A
radial to said point bears North 47° 30' 56" West.
Thence southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 08° 47' 36" a distance of 268.42 feet to a
point on said westerly line of said real property.
A radial to said point bears North 56° 18' 32" West.
Thence northerly along said westerly line North
00° 06' 36" East a distance of 174.12 to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
certify to the passage of this resolution and to
cause its recordation in the office of the Recorder
of San Diego County.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of
May , 1983.
