A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR TEMPORARY USE PERMITS
WHEREAS, Section 6100 through and including Section 6118 of the
Zoning Ordinance, as amended by Ordinance No. 100, authorizes the City
Council to establish fees by resolution to cover the cost of processing
temporary use permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the City Council of Poway that:
The attached "Schedule of Fees for Temporary Use Permits" is hereby
adopted and established to cover the cost of processing such
permits.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 14th day of June,
1983.

1. Circuses, carnivals, rodeos, parades or
similar outdoor entertainment;
Subdivision sales offices/model home
complexes; and
Mobile trailer units as offices, banks,
classrooms.
Contractors' offices and storage yards.
Christmas tree lots and other holiday
sales; and
Mobilehome residences for security
purposes.
All others.
