A I~OLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL
OF ~HE CITY OF POWAY, CAT,T~IDI~NIA,
APPNDVING A NDAD NAME fHANGE
~EREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 34091.1, the City Oouncil may
change the existing name of a City street by resolution; and
~EREAS, it is the desire of the City Gouncil to change the nmme of a soon-
to-be constructed road in order to have the smme name frc~ Pomerado N~ad to
Espola Noad.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, that the name of Canino del Norte shall be changed to Twin Peaks
Boad from Pomerado N~ad ~terly to Midland NDad, and that the City Clerk is
directed to so notify the appropriate authorities.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPNDV~D, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 21st day of June, 1983.
