A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE
PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT AS COORDINATOR OF
THE PERMIT REVIEW PRDCESS FOR RESIDENTIAL PBOJECTS
WHEREAS, Assembly Bill No. 941, amending Government Code Section 65913.3,
became effective on January 1, 1983; and
WHERFAS, that legislation directs local governments to create a central
information point to provide information on the status of all local permits
required by any residential project.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Poway that:
The Planning Services Department is designated as the coordinator of the permit
review process for residential projects as described by Government Code Section
65913.3.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPRDVED by the City Council of the City of Peway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of June, 1983.
