A ~ESOLUTION OF THE CITY GDUNCTL
OF THE CITY OF ~OWAY, CALIFOi~qIA,
APPOINTING kN ~LTING CITY ATTOI~qEY
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the affairs of the
City of Poway that the city Oouncil appoint an Acting City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, the city ~ouncil of the City of Poway, California does
RESOLVE, DETE~INE AND OSDER as follows:
Section 1. Lynn R. McDougal is hereby appointed as Acting City Attorney and
Stephen M. Eckis as Acting Assistant City Attorney to serve at the pl~ure of
the City Oouncil.
Section 2. The Acting city Attorney shall receive $3,000 per month as o~-
sation for basic legal services and attendance at City Oouncil m~etings.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPNDVED, by the City Council of the city of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 5th day of July, 1983.
