~E~AS, ordinance No. 107 has bc~n~ adopted by the City Oouncil authorizing
all sewer fees and charges to be set by Resolution of the Oouncil; and
~EREAS, ordinance No. 107 repealed ordinances 59, 67, 71, 75 and 76 of the
P~nerado ODunty Water District which set forth sewer fees and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil does resolve as follows:
Section 1. Sch~,~]e Of Inspection And (bnstruction Fees.
All applicants for new connections to the City's sewage disposal system shall be
required to pay a fee at the time of executing an application to cover the costs
of inspecting such new connections for compliance with City's "St~_ndard
Specifications for Sewer Main ~onstruction." Fees shall be $25 each connection
for single family residences, office buildings, commercial/industrial buildings,
apartments, hotels, motels and other structures requiring one lateral connection
to City's facilities regardless of size of lateral connection.
Owners of subdivisions or other developments making application for connections
under the provisions of this ordinance, whereby subdivider or developer is
required to install on-site or off-site sewer lines at no cost to the City in
accordance with the provisions of city' s "Standard Specifications for
Construction of Sewer Mains" shall pay 20¢ per lineal foot of sewer pipe
installed, plus $10 per lateral connection. Oc~putation of 20¢ per lineal foot
shall be based on total length of collector syst~n plus total lineal fcc~ of
house laterals frc~ property line to collector line regardless of size.
Section 2.
Lateral connections for improved lot subdivisions where homes are built indivi-
dually and require separate inspections shall be charged a $25 inspection fee.
Section 3.
Subdivision that curtail building hc~es for a period in excess of three (3)
months will be charged inspection fees of $25 per unit when construction recom-
mences o

Section 4.
Sewer lateral right-of-way clan-out for improved lot subdivisions will be
adjusted to grade after final lot grading by City forces in ~onjunction with
water meter installation. The oonstruction fee for labor and material shall be
$50 per lateral clan-out, payable to the City at time of meter installation
application.
