~EREAS, Ordinance No. 107 has been adopted by the City Oouncil authorizing
all sewer fc~ and charges to be set by Resolution of the Oouncil; and
~EREAS, Ordinance No. 107 repealed Ordinances 59, 67, 71, 75 and 76 of the
P~merado ODunty Water District which set forth sewer fees and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does resolve as follows:
Section 1. Indirect Benefit Fee.
All properties in the vicinity of the Green Valley Improvement District 80-1 and
the valle Verde/Grc~n Valley Trunk Sewer that receive sewer service through
sewer extensions from these systems shall pay an Indirect Benefit Charge of $500
per equivalent dwelling unit. The Indirect Benefit Charge shall be in addition
to other fees and charges for sewer service as set forth in other directives.
Section 2. Annexation Fees.

The minimum fcc for annexation to the City sewer service shall be four
hundred dollars ($400). For property in excess of one (1) acre an
additional fee of forty dollars ($40) shall be charged for each one-
tenth acre or any portion thereof.
In addition to the fees stated in the above sections, an Annexation
Administrative Fee will be charged to process the annexation. This fee
varies, dependent on size of annexation, number of parcels and the
State Board of Ec~M ization processing fee. The current minimun fee is
four hundred forty-five dollars ($445).
C. Annexation fees and administrative fees are due and payable to the City
at the time of application.
Section 3. Sewer Line Charge.
A minimun sewer line charge of $2,000 shall be payable to the City for all
lateral connections made to existing sewer lines which have been constructed and
paid for by the City or persons other than current property owners or their pre-
decessors in ownership receiving the benefit of the line. Owners whose property
front footage is in excess of 100 feet shall pay an additional $20 per lineal
foot for each foot in excess of 100 feet. Properties that are adjacent to more
than one sewer main (corner lots) shall pay line charges based on front footage
of the sewer main into which their lateral connects. Those properties deriving

the b~nefit of an existing s~er line for which a reimbursement agrc~ent bet-
wc~n the developer and the City is valid shall pay a line charge according to
the terms of the Agreement or acoording to this resolution, whichever is
greater. The line charge shall be in addition to the connection fees and other
designated fees and charges.
