A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A 15 MINUTE LIMITED TIME
PARKING ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF POMERADO
ROAD, NORTH OF OAK KNOLL ROAD.
WHEREAS, Section 21458 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of limited time parking zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that certain limited time parking zones
should be established.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 21458
the following 15 minute limited time parking zone be established:
The easterly side of Pomerado Road north of Oak Knoll Road, from a
point 57 feet northerly of the south property line of San Diego
County Assessor's Parcel No. 317-54-54, as said parcel existed
on the date of this Resolution, and extending northerly there-
from a distance of 72 feet as shown on Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California,
regular meeting thereof this 26th day of July, 1983.
