A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE FORMATION
OF POWAY LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 83-2 WITH WRITTEN CONSENT
OF ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California, desires
to form Poway Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 83-2 for the
purposes of maintaining, servicing and operating public landscape faci-
lities located within the territory comprising said District as shown
in Exhibit A, pursuant to the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the record owner of all of the real property within said
territory has given written consent to the proposed formation pursuant
to California Streets and Highways Code Section 22608.1; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require the maintenance
service and operation of public landscape facilities within said territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the City
Council so finds and determines.
Ail of that certain territory described in Exhibit A
attached hereto is hereby formed into Poway Landscape
Maintenance Assessment District No. 83-2.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 27th day of September, 1983.

CONSENT TO DISTRICT FORMATION
The undersigned, as owner of the property shown in Exhibit A
attached hereto generally descriDed as SUNWOOD which property
is within the territory proposed to be formed into Poway
Maintenance District No.83-2,hereby consents to the formation
of said District pursuant to California Streets and Highway
Code Section 22068.1.
