A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF 1RD~AY, CATJMORNIA,
ADOPTING HEALTH, SANITATION ~ IAbD USE P~RMIT
IN~fESTIGATION A~D INSP~CTIONS FEES
Section 1. In accordance with Section 65.107 of the fbde of Regulatory
Ordinances the following schedule of fees is adopted:
(a) ESTABLISHMENT PLAN REVIEW as provided for in Sec. 61.112
(b)
ESTABLISHMENT PIAN RE-REVIEW as provided for in Sec. 61.112
For establishments, other than permanent ooncession stands,
governed by the California State Restaurant Act, as provided
for in Section 61.110:
1 to 10 employees
11 to 100 employees
101 or more employees
For permanent concession stands, governed by the California
State Restaurant Act:
1 or more employees
For esemhlishments, other than candy stores, governed by
the California State Retail Food Production and M~rketing
Establishment Law, as provided for in Section 61.110:

For candy stores, governed by the California State Retail

as provided for in Division 6 of this Title 6, Sec. 66.101,
not including apartment houses and hotels:

(1) For each apartn~nt house or hotel containing not
more than five (5) units.
(2) For each apartment house or hotel containing not
less than six (6) but not more than ten (10) units.
(3)
For each apartment hours or hotel containing not
less than eleven (11) but no more than fifteen
( 15 ) units.
(4)
For each apartment house or hotel containing more
than fifteen (15) units. Plus $1.50 for each unit
in excess of fifteen ( 15 ).
"UNIT" shall ing~n each apartment in an apartment house,
each sleeping room in a hotel, and each apartment and
each hotel sleeping room in a building, containing both
apartments and hotel sloping rooms.
Separate apartment house buildings and separate hotel
buildings, or combination thereof, located upon a single
parcel of land or contiguous parcels of land or under the
same ownership shall be treated as one apartment house or
hotel for the purpose of computing the f~ prescribed by
this section.
