RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY CREATING A COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway (the
"City"), in accordance with the provisions of the California
Community Redevelopment Law, desires to initiate a
redevelopment program in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated itself as the
Poway Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency"); and
WHEREAS, said Community Redevelopment Law provides for the
creation of a Community Redevelopment Agency Adminstrative Fund
for the purpose of accounting for administrative expenses of
the Agency and funds advanced therefor by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A Community Redevelopment Agency
Administrative Fund is hereby created as a special fund in the
treasury of the City for the purpose of accounting for
administrative expenses of the Agency and keeping funds
advanced therefor by this Council.
Section 2. The Agency shall file with the City Council
a detailed report of all of the Agency's transactions with
respect to the Community Redevelopment Agency Administrative
Fund, including a statement of all revenues and expenditures,
no less than annually.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Poway this 27th day of September,
1983,
