RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC
HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PAGUAY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, proceedings for the adoption of a Redevelopment
Plan for the Paguay Redevelopment Project have been initiated.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public
Hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Paguay
Redevelopment Project at the following time and place:

7:00 P.M.
Community Center, 13094 Bowron Road
Poway, California 92064
2. The City Clerk, in cooperation with the Secretary of
the Agency, is authorized and directed to give notice of such
public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Poway this 25th day of October,
1983.
