A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
A NORTH BASIN SEWER CONNECTION SURCHARGE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 107 has been adopted by the City Council
authorizing all sewer fees and charges to be set by Resolution of the
Council; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 107 repealed Ordinances 59, 67, 71, 75,
and 76 of the Pomerado County Water District which set forth sewer fees
and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does resolve as follows:
Section 1.
A surcharge for wastewater capital improvements in
the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per
equivalent dwelling unit, will be charged for all
new sewer connections in the North Basin of Poway.
This charge will be in addition to the regular
fees and charges set forth in current City of
Poway resolutions.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of January, 1984.
