A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF P(]WAY, CALT~ORNIA,
RESPECTING AUTHORI~n OFFICERS DESIGNATED TO
EXECUTE PUBLIC SECURITIES, INSTRUMENTS OF
PAYMEIq~, ASD INVESTMENTS ON RRW~%LF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Po~ay California in conducting affairs of the City is
required to execute public securities, instruments of payment and investments;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate authorized officers to execute said
documents on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find that authorized officers be
authorized to execute said document by affixing a manual or facsimile signature
in order that the affairs of the City may be properly administered;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Pf~AY, CALTWORNIA DOES
RESOLVE, DEfERMINE AND ORDER AS
1. That until such authority is revoked the following positions:
Mayor
City Treasurer
City Manager
Director of Administrative Services
are authorized to sign and execute public securities, instruments of
payment, and investments by affixing a manual or facsimile signature on
behalf of the City.
2. That Resolution No. 83-019 is hereby rescinded.
PASSSD, ADOPTED ASD APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 24th day of January, 1984.
