A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY CF POWAY, CALTFORNIA,
REAPPOINTING ALAN ARCHIBALD AS ITS REPR~IqE~fATIVE
ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CF
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY k%TER AUTHORITY
AND R~CINDING RESOLUTION NO. 307
~tEREAS, Linda Oravec, the Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and
appointed Alan Archibald to continue serving as the representative on the Board
of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to consent to approve said designation
and appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY R~qOLVED:
that the designation and reappointment of Alan Archibald as represent-
ative on the Board of Directors of San Diego County Water Authority is
hereby consented to and approved;
2. t_hat Resolution No. 307 is hereby rescinded.
