A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A ROAD NAME CHANGE OF
A PORTION OF STONE CANYON ROAD TO TITAN WAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 3409.1, the City
Council may change the existing name of a City street by resolution;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to change the
name of Stone Canyon Road to Titan Way where adjacent to Poway High
School.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA that the name of that portion of Stone Canyon
Road is hereby changed to Titan Way, and the City Clerk shall notify
the County of San Diego of such change.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of
April, 1984.
