A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING A ROAD NAME CHANGE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 34091.1,
the City Council may change the existing name of a City street
by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to change the
names of four (4) streets within the subdivision commonly known
as Rancho Arbolitos in order to facilitate emergency service in
various situations, and to otherwise promote the health, safety
and well being of the members of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, that the names of four (4) streets
in the subdivison commonly known as Rancho Arbolitos are hereby
changed, as listed below, and that the stated name changes shall
become effective in thirty (30) days after each of the appro-
priate authorities has been notified in writing by the City
Clerk:

Woodcreek Road
Woodcreek Place
Ironbark Way
Alder Place
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this
15th day of May, 1984.
