A RESOLUTION OF 17~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"NO STANDING OR STOPPING" ZONE ON ESPOLA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle code permits the
establishment of a "No Standing or Stopping" zone in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "No Standing or
Parking" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
22507 the following "No Standing or Stopping" zone is hereby established:
The west side of Espola Road frc~ the north corner of Titan
Way to 300 feet north of said street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular nm~cting' thereof this ] 5th day of May , 1984.
