A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION" AT
TWIN PEAKS ROAD AND MIDLAND ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle
Code permits the establishment of a "Four-Way Stop
Intersection" in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain
"Four-Way Stop Intersection" should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance
with said Section 21351, a "Four-Way Stop Intersection"
is hereby established at the intersection of Twin
Peaks Road and Midland Road.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this
29thday of May, 1984.
