A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURES AT
THE INTERSECTIONS OF DEL PONIENTE-MIDLAND ROADS
AND ROSTRATA AND ORCHARD BEND ROADS
WHEREAS, Section 21355 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a Stop Sign in the City of Poway,
and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that certain Stop
Signs should be established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
said Section 21355 that:
A Stop Sign be installed for southbound
Midland Road at the intersection of
Midland and Del Poniente Roads.

Temporary Stop Signs be installed for
east and westbound Orchard Bend at the
intersection of Orchard Bend and Rostrata
Roads, during the construction period for
the Martincoit Storm Drain project.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of
the City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof
this 5th day of June, 1984.
