A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
STATING ITS INTENTION TO AMEhD
ITS LOT MERCER ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the State of California has mandated that the exclusive mem~ ns of
merging and unmerging subs~and~rd real property shall be as provided in Section
66451.10 through 66451.21 of the California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
that they intend to adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 80 for the merger
and unmerger of substandard contigious real property in accordance with Govern-
ment Code Section 66451.10; and further that the City Clerk is directed to
publish this Resolution in accordance with Government Code Section 6061.
