RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE
SEWER IMPRO~-EM~ENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWAY
NORTH POWAY LTD. ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT

territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit
conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $16,040.00 to the City of Poway for
the right and use of all existing property, real and personal
of the Sewer Improvement District.
The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the 'territory in the Sewer Improvement District
is in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the provisions of
the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended, and the
annexation is a project that will not have a significant effect
on the environment. The "Negative Declaration" supporting the
findings is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property
is within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the
annexation is to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall
become effective immediately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California at a
regular meeting thereof this 19th day of June, 1984.

2. Brief Description of Project: Annexation to the Poway Sewer I~rovement
District - TTM 3951.
In accordance with Resolution 83-084 of the City of Poway, implementing
the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the City of Poway has
determined that the above project will not have a significant effect
upon the enviror~ent. An Enviror~nental Impact Report will not be
required.
Minutes of such decision and the Initial Study prepared [yy the City of
Poway are on file in the Department of Planning Services of the City of
Poway.
5. This decision of the City Council of the City of Poway is final.
