FOR PUBLIC ~ TO THE PO~I~Y COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
~EAS, it is the desire of the City Council to establish a date for
hearing of a~end~ents to the Poway Cc~prehensive Plan;
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65361 allows the City Council to establish
said hearings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Nw-qOLVED that the City Council does hereby establish
the following:
S~CTION 1: S,,P~ittal of Application
After completion of pre-application review, the applicant shall s,~P~it all
necessary fees, ~aps, and other data d~--~ed necessary for review by the
Director of Planning Services by no later than 3:00 p.~. of the first Friday
following the first Council ~eeting in July. Failure to cc~plete said sub-
~ittal will void said application.
SECTION 2: ~H~ring Date Established
The second Tuesday of Sept~ber of each caleD~l~r y~r is hereby established
as the regular City council ~eeting at which a~en(k~ents to the Poway
Cc~prehensive Plan shall be heard.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular ~eeting thereof this 19th day of June, 1984.
