A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PONAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING THE FIRE PROTECTION FEES,
SE~R ANNEXATION FEES, NATER DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS
AND I2tNDSCAPE ~AINT~NANCE DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS
TO BE COT,T,F.C~ ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to have the Fire
Protection Fees, Sewer Annexation Fees, Water District Assessments and Landscape
Maintenance District Assessments collected on the property tax roll; and
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Poway City Council the amounts to be
collected have been set forth in a public report and the public has been allowed
to ccalnent on these amounts and this action has been duly advertised as required
by law; and
B~EAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY FIND,
RESOLVE, DETEP~ilNE AND OPJDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $423,992.98 shall be collected on the property
tax roll in the form of a Fire Protection Fee as authorized by Ordinance No. 61
of the City of Poway.
Section 2. That the sum of $288.70 is due the sewer improvement district
representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Kozy Crest Improve-
ment District 80-2. That said sum shall be collected as a Flat Charge Special
Asses~uent on the 1984-1985 San Diego County Tax Roll pursuant to the instruc-
tions and agreements between Pcraerado County Water District and the County of
San Diego.
Section 3. That the sum of $3,255.40 is due the sewer improvement district
representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Green Valley Improve-
ment District 80-1. That said sum shall be collected as a Flat Charge Special
Assessment on the 1984-1985 San Diego County Tax Roll pursuant to the instruc-
tions and agreements between Pemerado County Water District and the County of
Sen Diego.
Section 4. That the sum of $239,000 is required to be raised by taxation
for the payment of principal and interest on Assessment District No. 79-1,
which covers the service area lying generally south of Poway Road and north
of Garden Road and up to 1,000 feet in elevation. This sum shall be collected
on the 1984-1985 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for the payment of
interest and principal of said bonds at maturity.

Section 5. That the sum of $11,800 is required to be collected for
maintenance costs of Landscape and Maintenance District 83-1. That said
sum shall be collected on the 1984-1985 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide
for the maintenance costs of the district.
Section 6. That the City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified
copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the
Auditor of the County of San Diego.

California, at a regular maeting thereof this 14th day of August, 1984.
