OF THE CITY CF t~Y, CALIFORNIA,
ESTIMATING THE A~ N~SARY TO BE P$kISED BY TAXATION
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985
FOR IxMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS OF ~ CITY FORMERLY KNOWN AS
PO~AY MUNICIPAL ~ATER DISTRICT, POMERADO COUNI~f ~ATER DISTRICT
AND ORCHARD ~ DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Poway Reorganization provided for
the City Council to "determine each year the amount of money nc~ed to make
annual payments of the principal and interest of the outstanding voter-approved
bonded indebtedness of the in~rov~ent districts" and provide the information to
the Board of Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
ORDER AND DEI~_~RMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Fund 6075-52 '- Poway Sewer Improvement District, the sum of
$45,000, a rate of .00517 is required for principal and interest; Fund 6075-55 -
Poway City, Poway Municipal Water Improvement District 2, the sum of $0.00, a
rate of 0% is required to be raised by taxation for the purpose of the payment
of principal and interest on outstanding bonds; Fund 6075-56 - Poway City, Poway
Municipal Water Improvement District 4, the sum of $0.00, a rate of 0% is
required to be raised by taxation for the purpose of the payment of principal
and interest on outstanding bonds. Sufficient monies are available in approp-
riated funds for the purpose of Debt Service for this fiscal year.
Section 2: Fund 6075-51 - Poway City, Orchard Improve~nent District the sum of
$0.00, a rate of 0% is required to be raised by taxation for the purpose of
palanent of principal and interest on said bonds at xmturity for this fiscal
year.
Section 3: Fund 6075-53 - Poway City, Poway Municipal Water District the sum
of $894,000, a rate of 0.08577 is required to be raised by taxation for the pur-
pose of payment of principal and interest on' said bonds at maturity for this
fiscal year.
Section 4: Fund 6075-54 - Poway City, Poway Municipal Water Improvement
District 1, the sum of $0.00, a rate of 0% is required to be raised by taxation
for the purpose of payment of principal and interest on said bonds at mturity
for this fiscal year.
Section 5: The City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego
and to the Auditor of the County of San Diego, San Diego, California.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Pow-ay,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of August, 1984.
