A RESOL[]~ION C~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PO~AY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING THE DEPOSIT
FOR A REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF
PURSUANT TO PGWAY MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 16.22.040
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has enacted Chapter
16.22 of the Poway Municipal Code regulating merger and unmerger of
substandard lots; and
~4~AS, Section 16.22.040 provides that the City Council shall
establish by resolution the amount of the deposit to be required of an
owner in connection with an owner's request for a determination of
w~rger or unmerger;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY AS FO~:
a) The deposit required by Poway Municipal Code Section
16.22.040 shall be Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
b)
This resolution shall become effective on the effective
date of the ordinance adding Chapter 16.22 to the Poway
Municipal Code.

Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of October,
1984.
