A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
FIbDING TRANSFER OF PARKLANDS TO BE IN
CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY OF POW~Y
GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, upon the incorporation of the City of Poway, the County of San
Diego owned certain parklands within the boundaries of the city; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of the incorporation these parklands are to be
transferred to the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the transfer of this property from the
County to the City, the City Council must find that the transfer is in accor-
dance with the provision of State of California Goverrm~nt Code Section 65402.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway that
it finds the transfer of parklands known as Panorama Hills Park frc~ the County
of San Diego to the City of Poway to be conformance with the City of Poway
General Plan, in accordance with the provisions of the State of California
Govermnent Code Section 65402.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 13th day of November, 1984.
