A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF YIELD SIGNS AT
ORCHARD GATE ROAD AND LIME GROVE ROAD AND AT
TARZANA ROAD AND HOLLAND ROAD
Whereas, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a Yield Right-of-Way Sign in
the City of Poway, and
Whereas, this Council has determined that certain Yield
Right-of-Way Signs should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
said Section 21356, Yield Right-of-Way Signs be installed at
the following intersections:
1. Northbound Lime Grove Road at Orchard
Gate Road, and
2. Southbound Tarzana Road at Holland Road
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this
]8th day of December , 1984.
