A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PO~AY, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF LOT 2 CF
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 84-12
FROM LOU AND EVELYN GRUBB
WHEREAS, Lou and Evelyn F. Grubb have offered to donate approximately 7.51
gross acres of unimproved land to the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to accept this dona-
tion for the benefit of the citizens of Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Powaydoes hereby accept the
grant of Lot 2 of Tentative Parcel Map 84-12 and authorizes the repayment of any
fees associated with the division of this parcel that were required by the City
of Poway, and authorizes the Mayor to sign an agreement titled "Access to
Parcel Conveyed to City of Poway."
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 18th day of December, 1984.
