A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONAY,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A "NO STANDING OR PARKING"
ZONE ON NINTH STREET AT POMERADO SCHOOL
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishraent of a "No Standing or Parking" zone in the City of Poway,
and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "No Standing
or Parking" zone should be established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said
Section 22507, the following "No Standing or Parking" zone is hereby
established:
The south side of Ninth Street adjacent to Pomerado
ElementJry School park'.~ng lot, for a distance of 25
feet east of and 15 feet west of the west driveway
into the lot, and 25 feet east of the east driveway
into the lot.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 2J~ day of
January, 1985.
