~{EREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to recommend a bail schedule
for violation of City Ordinances to the Municipal Court judges for their use in
setting bail.
NOW, THEREFORE, R~. IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POiNAY:
1. The following bail schedule is recc~mended:
Ordinance No. 33 (Municipal Code Section 10.48)

ordinance No. 37 (Municipal Code Section 9.12)
Discharge of Fir~rms

All Other City of Poway Ordinances

2. Resolution No. 187 is hereby rescinded.
