A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING CERTAIN BUDGET AMENDMENTS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985
WHEREAS, a mid-year review of the 1984-1985 fiscal year has
determined the need to appropriate additional monies to certain
fund activities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to make
such appropriations to prepare for the fiscal year closing
procedure.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby resolve and order as follows:
Section 1.
The following appropriations are authorized:
a) $5,000 to account 011-199 for supplements to the Poway
Municipal Code, including amended Zoning Ordinance;
b) $1,500 to account 010-314 for expenses related to donations
made to Poway High School, Pow-Wow Days Parade and pub-
lication of the "Doing Business in Poway" brochure;
c) $4,200 to account 12-1402 for work in drainage structures -
Martincoit Road @ Green Valley Creek.
PASSED, APPROVED & ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Poway, California this 30th day of April
1985.
