A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION AT
METATE LANE AND MONTAUK STREET"
AND ESTABLISHING A NO PASSING ZONE
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a "Four-Way Stop Intersection"
in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain
"Four-Way Stop Intersection" should be established, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 21460 of the
California Vehicle Code, Council has determined that double
yellow lines be placed establishing a no passing zone on
Metate Lane from Pomerado Road to Community Road.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
said Section 21351, a "Four-Way Stop Intersection" is
hereby established at the intersection of Metate Lane and
Montauk Street, and a no passing zone be established on
Metate Lane from Pomerado Road to Community Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of
the City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof
this 30th day of April, 1985.
