A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A NO STANDING OR PARKING
ZONE ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE OF OAK KNOLL ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a No Standing or Parking zone
in the City of Poway, and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that certain No
Standing or Parking zones should be established.
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 87 and 83-018 are hereby
rescinded.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
said Section 22507, the following No Standing or Parking
zone is hereby established:
The south side of Oak Knoll Road from
Pomerado Road to Carriage Road, and the
north side of Oak Knoll Road from Pomerado
Road to a point thereon 400 feet from the
west property line of Carriage Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of
the City of Poway, California at a regular meeting this
30th day of April, 1985.
