A RESOLUTION OF THE POWAY HOUSING AUTHORITY,
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN AUTHORITY OFFICIALS TO ACCEPT
DEEDS AND GRANTS ON BEHALF OF THE POWAY HOUSING
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code provides a political corporation or
government agency, by a general resolution, may authorize one of more officers or agents to accept
and consent to such deeds or grants.
WHEREAS, the Poway Housing Authority was established March 1, 2011, and has not yet
adopted a resolution authorizing certain Authority staff positions to accept on behalf of the Poway
Housing deeds or grants conveying to the Agency title to, or any interest in, real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Poway Housing Authority does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Commissioners of the Poway Housing Authority hereby authorizes
persons filling the following staff positions with the Poway Housing Authority to accept on behalf of
the Authority, grants or deeds conveying to the Authority title to, or interest in, real property:
Executive Director
Housing Authority Secretary
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Poway Housing Authority at a Special
meeting this 11th day of March, 2011.
