A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POW-AY, CALTFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING CRRTAIN PERSONS TO ACCW-RS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City ODuncil of the City of Poway,
Cmlifornia, that the persons listed below, acting alone, are authorized to rent
Safe Storage Cc~t Number 102 from Depository subject to the terms and
conditions of Agreement Number 1290-001199-5. The authorized compartment/space
will be rented in the name of the City of Poway, doing business at 13325 Civic
Center Drive, Poway, Cmlifornia. Authorized persons are as follows:
Marjorie K. Wahlsten
Belva J. Seibert
Marie F. Lofton
These same persons, acting alone, have right of access to the Cc~t,
and to property stored within, and may r~nove all or any part of the property
stored; and may surrender the Compartment and terminate the agrc~.~-~ent.
This resolution will r~ain in effect until Depository is give written
notice to the contrary at the address where the Compartment is located.
