~I~ THE SCHEDULE OF SEWER SERVICE C~]ARGES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-1986
AND RESCINDING Rw-qOIi~ION NO. 84-059
WHEREAS, the City of Poway provides sewer service to citizens of Poway; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the sewer service charge to provide for
the increased costs of sewer service.

1. That a schedule of bimonthly sewer service charges is hereby established for
all sewer services billed after July 1, 1985.

wash basin, shower, janitorial dccp sink, etc., ]
with 4 or less fixtures in number. Those spaces

will be considered as an additional unit for each
4 fixtures or portion thereof. )

10.9.4 Hospital, per bed $14.10 bimonthly
All service connections whose wastewater is serviced by wastewater puap stations
(including the Rancho Bernardo Pump Station) will be charged $1.36/month sur-
charge for each pump station utilized.
A delin~3ency fee of 10 percent of the unpaid balance shall be charged on all
accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
2. Resolution No. 84-059 is hereby rescinded.
